Royal Moroccan Football Federation official, Nour Eldin Boushehati has revealed that his country are ready to host 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) on Thursday had announced that Morocco are free from Caf sanctions and they can participate in the 2017 and 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Boushehati is now confident that they are in good stead to host Africa in two years.
"We are ready to host the next version of Africa Cup of Nations if the government gives us the green light. As a football federation, we don't mind hosting the event. We are waiting to hear from the government. If they gave us the nod we will be ready," Boushehati said to a Moroccan radio station.
Morocco was supposed to host the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations before they asked Caf to delay it due to the fear of Ebola outbreak.
Equatorial Guinea accepted to host Africa's biggest football competition on short notice from Caf.
